ANNOUNCEMENT ON MANDATORY LOOSE CARGO LABELING

Dear Valued Customers,

Kampot Multipurpose Port (KMP) would like to express our sincere thanks to your continuing support our services. In order to increase the service efficiency and reliable for you, we would like to inform that the loose cargoes import and export via KMP are required to label on all the packages mentioned below information:

• Shipper Name
• Consignee Name
• Bill of Lading #
• Vessel/Voy
• Cargo Name
• Remark/other information (if any)

All cargoes will be carefully inspected the label. For the unlabeled cargoes, KMP Customer Service team will contact customer to confirm cargo information and the official document will be issued confirming the returning is customer’s responsibility if there’s any mistaken.

Note:

• The label requirement is mandatory and immediate effective.
• The unlabeled cargo inspection fee is US$250/BL and US$1/Ton, subject to VAT 10%, effective from 13^th ​April 2026
